Oracle is one of the most advanced marketers in the technology sector and has invested heavily in tools, resources, and training to keep its global marketing stack at the forefront. To augment in-person training sessions, Oracle needed a more scalable approach to keeping its highly distributed global teams up-to-date on the latest marketing BKMs and insights, and one that would easily integrate with their legacy learning management system.
We were more than up for the challenge. Our eLearning team created a highly flexible, modular, and templated eLearning coursework series that showcases Oracle’s marketing stack in a branded, compelling and dynamic way. We tailor content to appeal to today’s ever-shrinking attention spans by keeping lessons short, using animations to keep the pace brisk, and reinforce the content with interactive learning activities. To gauge the absorption of the key takeaways, we conclude each module with a short knowledge assessment. The result: a solid foundation for ongoing coursework that’s engaging, distinctive, and scalable.
